Our dealership gives you more than fast service, you get complete service. This includes critical attention to all repairs and services. We offer service from 7 am to 7:30 pm and answers to parts and repair questions. We can perform preventive maintenance, repairs and major component warranty work on many makes and models of heavy- and medium-duty trucks.
On-Site Service - We can bring our exceptional service department right to your facility or work site. This can save you downtime and the added expense of moving your equipment. Because we run two shifts, we can perform the necessary work on your equipment at a time that is convenient for you.
Mobile Service - When that unfortunate “on the road breakdown” does occur, you can count on Alley-Cassetty Truck Center to be there to help. One call does it all. If it is a minor repair, we'll get you going. If it is a more extensive problem we can arrange to have your truck brought in to our facility.

EXPRESS ASSESSMENT
All Elite Support Certified locations participate in Express Assessment, which means within 2 hours of service write-up the dealer will communicate primary diagnosis, check parts availability and provide an estimate of cost and repair time.
MAXIMIZING UPTIME
The ultimate goal of the Elite Support Network is maximizing vehicle uptime. Every Elite Support Dealership must be re-certified annually to ensure you experience a consistent, higher standard with every visit across our Dealer Network.
